1. Who we are

ViCake is a home-based cake studio run by Wiktoria as jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza (JDG) (Poland), based in Gdańsk. Contact: kontakt@vicake.example.

2. How communication works

First replies in Instagram DM are drafted by a virtual assistant. Its job is to gather order details (date, flavour and sponge, design, delivery). Every price, every order acceptance, and every prepayment request is approved by Wiktoria personally.

3. Ordering

  • An order is accepted only once Wiktoria explicitly confirms it.
  • The required prepayment is communicated individually. Payment is made by bank transfer — not through this website and not through the bot.
  • Lead time is agreed individually and depends on availability for the requested date.

4. Delivery

Available options: delivery by our car (price quoted individually), taxi ordered by you (Bolt/Uber, paid directly by you), self-pickup (free).

5. Cancellations and changes

Please report changes to the date, flavour or design as early as possible. Once production has started, final changes may not be possible. Cancellations after a prepayment are handled individually, taking into account the cost of materials already used.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep information (flavours, allergens, prices) accurate, but the binding terms of each order are confirmed in correspondence. In case of any discrepancy, the written confirmation from Wiktoria prevails.

7. Complaints

Please send complaints to kontakt@vicake.example or via Instagram DM within 7 days of receiving the order. We respond within 14 days.

How we process your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. We aim to resolve disputes amicably first.
